The site offers free tools, training and resources developed to “decode” these standards for the wide-range of people who need to understand them.. The Energy Code Ace program was developed by the California Statewide Codes & Standards Program. It is funded by California utility customers under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commission and implemented by Pacific Gas and Electric Company, San Diego Gas & Electric, Southern California Edison and Southern California Gas in support of the California Energy Commission.
