  • Table Space is a 8 foot table in the expo hall
  • All tables are 8 foot by 30 inches and will come with a white cloth cover.

Exhibit setup starting at 9 AM. Please have your booth ready by noon.

All exhibits must showcase sustainability aspects of your products, programs, and/or services. Proposed exhibits are subject to review by the planning committee.

In the EXPO Hall everything must be able to fit on your table or in your booth space. For safety reasons nothing can be in front or to the side of your table on the show floor when the hall is crowded. You may place items in front of your table when it’s not crowded as long as you can quickly and safely move them upon request.

The tables are in the middle of the room. The is no wall behind the tables, so no place to hang things. A booth is 10×10 of floor space with an 8 foot table.

All exhibits are subject to safety review and we reserve the right to refuse anyone that does not completely fit in their space.

If you have paid as a sponsor or exhibitor and you are not listed here, contact us.
