Information for Exhibitors

The Application Process

Our goal is to assure a diverse and comprehensive range of exhibits, and to that end we welcome your application to participate. The application period will be open through early winter. We will notify you of your application status in early January, 2019, if not sooner. Thanks for your patience!

What you need to know once your application is approved.

Hero Exhibitors – $10,000

About the booth

  • You will have 2 10×10 booths in a prime location on the Expo floor
  • You will have power available, but bring extra extension cords in case you need them.
  • Your booth assignments will be given in the days prior to the Expo
  • The Expo hall opens at 9:00 am for set up.

Program and website recognition

  • Your ad is a half page of a standard 8.5 x 11 sheet
  • Please email you logo as follows to sarah@ecobuildnetwork.org – one color version suitable for web display, one black and white version for the Expo Program.
  • Ad specs to be determined and communicated.
  • Submit final ad art no later than February 1, 2019

Building Exhibitors – $5000

About the booth

  • Booth is 10×10 in a preferred location
  • You will have power available, but bring extra extension cords in case you need them.
  • Location assignments will be given in the days prior to the event. You may request a location, but this does not guarantee.
  • The Expo hall opens at 9:00 am for set up.

Program ad and website recognition

  • Quarter page ad in printed program and logo recognition on website
  • Please email you logo as follows to sarah@ecobuildnetwork.org – one color version suitable for web display, one black and white version for the Expo Program.
  • Ad specs to be determined and communicated

Education Exhibitors – $2500

About the booth

  • Booth is 10×10 in the Expo hall.
  • You will have power available, but bring extra extension cords in case you need them.
  • Location assignments will be given in the days prior to the event. You may request a location, but this does not guarantee.
  • The Expo hall opens at 9:00 am for set up.

Program ad and website recognition

  • Your ad is an eighth page of a standard 8.5 x 11 sheet
  • Please email you logo as follows to sarah@ecobuildnetwork.org – one color version suitable for web display, one black and white version for the Expo Program.
  • Ad specs to be determined and communicated
  • Submit final ad art no later than February 1, 2019

Display Tables – all levels

  • Tables are 3×8
  • Power is available, but bring extra extension cord in case you need them.
  • Please email sarah@ecobuildnetwork.org with your color logo suitable for web display.
  • Full tables come with 2 chairs, half tables (nonprofit) come with 1 chair.
  • You may bring your own drapery for tables, but we will have them available if you wish.
  • You may not take Expo floor space for large exhibits or anything that impedes foot traffic or impinges on neighboring tables. We reserve the right to ask you to move anything we deem to be too obstructive.
  • The Expo hall opens at 9:00 am for set up.

Program Ads

All ad art needs to be received by February 1, 2019, emailed to sarah@ecobuildnetwork.org. We must have payment before your ad will be put in the hopper for the program designer. Ad specifications have yet to be determined, but will be communicated with plenty of time to meet the deadline.

  • $750 half page
  • $500 quarter page
  • $250 – eighth page
  • You will have the opportunity to leave a printed brochure on a display table in the lobby set up for this purpose. NOTE: only those who have paid for ads may leave their marketing materials.

Payment

We must receive payment for your Expo participation before we will assign booths or table locations.

Once your application has been accepted, we will forward the link for payment options.
