Set up and tear down
The doors open at 8:00 am on Friday, February 22 for set up. You must be out of the building by 8:00 pm. The Expo will be open to the public at 11:00 am.
On arrival, please check in at the main information desk in the Hall’s lobby where you will be directed to your location and table linens (if needed – you are welcome to bring your own branded linens).
We ask that you bring equipment in through the side doors of the building. There are two doors on each side, and volunteers will be standing by to help direct you.
Power will be run to all areas on the Expo floor, but please bring extensions and power strips, even if you don’t think you need them. Better safe than sorry!
Display tables have limited floor space. You may set up displays, but we will ask them to move them if they impinge on other exhibitors’ space or impede foot traffic in any way. Thank you in advance for your consideration on this point.
Each table comes with 2 chairs, but there may be a limited number of extra chairs available for use.
Food and beverage
Our coffee vendor will be set up in the main lobby during morning hours, including set up.
We will have food trucks in front of the Veterans Memorial Building between 11:30 and 1:30.
Alcohol sales will be available from a cart in the lobby between 4:00 and 7:00 pm.
