There are a number of ways to be a part of the EXPO. Our goal is to provide an array of the products and services available to assist home owners, designers, and builders to make sustainable choices. We ask that you submit an application with information about you.
Hero Exhibitor – $10,000
- 2 Booths (10×10) in prima location
- Significant name/logo recognition on website, promo materials, advertising

Building Exhibitor – $5000
- Booth (10×10) in prime location
- Logo and name recognition website and promo materials
- Quarter page ad in EXPO printed program
- Booth (10×10)

- Eighth page ad in EXPO printed program
All tables are 3×8 and can be located on the EXPO floor or in the EXPO lobby. Location of your table will be determined by the EXPO coordinators. 2 chairs included for full tables, 1 for nonprofit half tables. No guarantee of any space for backdrops or product placement on the floor near tables. We reserve the right to ask you to remove items if they are limiting access for others
- $300 – Local business (Sonoma, Napa, Mendocino, Lake Counties)
- $600 – Non-local business
- $150 – Nonprofit full table
- $100 – Nonprofit half table (3×4 space with 1 chair)
